What does "NA plot" actually mean — and why does it matter?
“NA” stands for Non-Agricultural. An NA plot is land that’s been legally converted from agricultural use to residential use through a government order. It’s the cleanest plot status to buy — you can construct, get loans, register the property, and resell without restrictions.
Yes. Keukenhof is pre-approved with leading nationalised and private banks. We’ll assist you with the loan paperwork, documentation, and disbursement. Most buyers complete their loan process within 10–15 days.
Plots start from ₹54 Lakhs* with multiple size variants. Final pricing depends on plot size, location within the project, and corner/garden-facing premium. Full price sheet is shared on download or site visit.
No mandatory build deadline. Many buyers hold the plot purely as an investment. Others build over 1–3 years. Internal society guidelines apply when you do build, so the project keeps its design integrity.
All approvals — RERA, PMRDA sanction order, 7/12 extract, NA order, sale deed format — are available for inspection during your site visit. You’re welcome to bring your lawyer.
Internal concrete roads, water and electricity provision, drainage, street lights, plot wall fencing, grand entrance, 24/7 security infrastructure, and all common amenities (clubhouse, gym, gardens, etc.). Registration and stamp duty are additional as per government rates.
